Jackie Welborn is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychiatric care for children (ages 5 and older), adolescents, and adults.

With over 14 years of nursing experience, Jackie’s path in mental health has been deeply influenced by her years serving as a school nurse, where she supported students and families through a wide spectrum of health and behavioral needs. This foundation shaped her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan.

Jackie is skilled in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and she brings a breadth of experience in treating a wide range of mental health needs. She is known for her encouraging, collaborative approach, empowering patients to take an active role in their care while championing their strengths and goals.

Her approach to care reflects a dedication to evidence-based treatment combined with genuine support, ensuring that each patient receives individualized care that promotes long-term wellness.

Natalie Caudle, APRN

Natalie Caudle, APRNNatalie Caudle is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions for individuals 14 years of age and older.

Natalie’s journey in the mental health field has been shaped by 15+ years of work as a Registered Nurse, where she has been dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to those facing life’s mental, emotional, and physical challenges.

Bringing a unique blend of experience to her role, Natalie has had the privilege of working with patients from all walks of life, including military veterans, those in acute inpatient care, and hospice settings.

She is committed to a holistic, patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based care with heartfelt support. Working collaboratively with her patients, Natalie strives to empower them to take on an active role in their mental health journey.

Leah Fegan, MD

Leah Fegan, MD

Leah Fegan, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist providing personalized care for adults 18 years and older. She has worked in a variety of practice settings, including outpatient mental health and integrated behavioral health within primary care.

Drawing on her training at Drexel University College of Medicine and her residency at the University of Maryland–Sheppard Pratt, Dr. Fegan combines thoughtful medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and collaborative treatment planning. She believes that successful mental health treatment grows from a trusting therapeutic relationship that integrates each patient’s unique goals with evidence-based care.

Dr. Fegan specializes in helping patients manage and overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and stress. She takes a compassionate, personalized approach to care, supporting each patient’s journey toward better mental health and well-being.

Becky Godby, APRN

Becky Godby, APRN, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions for people of all ages. She graduated from the University of Alaska with a nursing degree and then attended the University of Texas, where she received her Master of Science in nursing. Becky later completed the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner post-masters certification program at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.

Throughout her career as a health professional, Becky has cared for patients in outpatient and inpatient facilities. In addition to her vast amount of experience as a mental health nurse practitioner, she has provided well-woman and prenatal care for OB/GYN patients.

Becky is a member of the Association of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses. She has received board certification to practice as a mental health practitioner.
