Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services

Children, especially teenagers, often have undiagnosed or under-diagnosed mental health conditions, with less than 20 percent of kids receiving the treatment they need. Becky Godby, ARNP provides in-office pediatric mental health exams for kids and teens experiencing psychiatric symptoms. During initial and follow-up appointments, Becky builds personal relationships to establish trust with your child to ensure an accurate diagnosis and develop customized treatment plans.

Telepsychiatry

We now offer telepsychiatry appointments!

Susan Pascual is a Board-Certified, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric diagnosis and psychiatric medication management. She has over 10 years experience, is based in Eastern Washington and provides services to our clinic through an innovative technology known as Telehealth. Telehealth is a broad term that includes Telemedicine and Telepsychiatry and it is covered by most major insurance companies including, but not limited to, Medicare, Premera, Regence, Lifewise and more. It is a great way to provide rural areas with easier and quicker access to quality healthcare. The patient comes to the "Originating site", or a qualified healthcare provider's office, to meet with the Telehealth provider over a HIPAA-compliant live-action teleconferencing program.

Susan Pascual, ARNP is currently taking appointments on the following days and times:

  • Tuesday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00-5:00pm

Susan Pascual, ARNP is currently contracted with the following insurance companies:

  • Medicare
  • Premera
  • Regence

Please call your insurance company to verify that telehealth is a covered service with your specific plan and be aware of the costs such as co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible, as we do take payment at the initial appointment Thank you.

Fortunately, when telehealth is a covered service, it typically costs less than an in-person visit.

For private payers:

  • Intake Appointment: $225
  • Follow-up medication management appointments range in price from $120-220, depending on the length of the appointment and complexity.

Susan Pascual does NOT provide any medication management over the phone and an appointment is required for this and refills.

Please be advised that we DO NOT take any medicaid including, but not limited to: Apple Health, CHIP, ProviderOne, or Molina.
